16/2/24早晨领受感动去Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church宣告祝福。
这几天新闻报导该教会发现了百年时间胶囊。胶囊里面其中物件有三份本地报子，即1924年1月8日的《新加坡自由西报》和《海峡时报》，以及1924年1月9日的《新加坡自由西报》。重点是有两份是来自《新加坡自由西报》。

我被圣灵带领来这里宣告418经文在这里!
如今这百年报子再次要宣告我们得“自由”！
这自由乃是神要赐给祂子民的祝福。
我们的命定不是被殖民，我们不是被打败被掳的，我们宣告新加坡有美好荣耀的命定。

“主的灵在我身上，因为祂膏立了我，让我传福音给贫穷的人，差遣我宣告被掳的人得释放、瞎眼的人得见光明、受欺压的人得自由，又宣告上帝悦纳人的恩年已经来临。”(路加福音 4:18-19 当代译本)

拍摄这里的时间是9:49。
对照经文49:9 也印证神心意是被掳的人要得释放。

你要对被囚禁的人说，‘出来吧！’要对暗牢中的人说，‘你们自由了。’他们在路上必有吃的，光秃的山岭必有食物。(以赛亚书 49:9 当代译本)

On the morning of 16/2/24, I was prompted to go to Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church to declare blessings.
In recent days, the news reported that the church had discovered a century-old time capsule. Among the items inside the capsule were copies of local newspapers.
The Straits Times, January 8, 1924, and Singapore Free Press, January 9, 1924.
Sensing the Lord is speaking “freedom” through the now release capsule newspaper. The time is now to release the captive free.

In order I would not miss the prayer declaration assignment, I was given a dream as I wake up in the morning. In the dream the Lord spoke to me about Luke 4:18, and we are to be the Obadiah servant and the messenger that is mentioned in Obadiah 1:1 to deliver messages of freedom to His people from enemies.

Thus, I was led by the Holy Spirit to release Luke 4:18 scripture at the church premises.

Decree and Declare:
Now these hundred-year-old newspapers are once again declaring our “freedom”!
This freedom is the blessing that God wants to give to His people. Our destiny is not to be colonized!We are not defeated and enslaved, we decree declare that Singapore has a glorious destiny.

”“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”“

Clocking the time of releasing the decree and declare was at 9:49 morning.

Holy Spirit confirmed with scripture from Isa 49:9 that it is God’s will that the captives be set free now.

”That You may say to the prisoners, ‘Go forth,’ To those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’ “They shall feed along the roads, And their pastures shall be on all desolate heights.“
