在梦中，我走进一座宁静庄严的建筑，门口的牌匾写着“功能厅 Function Room”。奇妙的是，这个地方没有人声鼎沸，也没有任何布置或宴席，只有寂静和一种深深的等候感。

我站在正中央，心中一开始有些迷茫：为何来到这里？这不是庆典的场地，也不像是会谈的场所。正当我静静站立时，我的心开始苏醒——这不是人所安排的场所，这是神所设立的空间。

忽然间，头顶仿佛打开了一扇看不见的天窗，温暖的金光洒落下来。一张张纸币轻柔地从空中飘落，却不带一点世俗的贪婪与喧嚣，而是像极了从天父手中撒下的信实与恩典。

我没有伸手去抓，也没有因祝福而欢呼。那一刻，我只觉得眼眶湿润。原来，在我还未开口求的时候，祂已为我预备了这一切。 原来，在我愿意安静等候、站在祂所设立的位置上时，天窗便悄然开启。

所罗门年幼登基，面对全以色列的治理重担，他没有求财宝，也没有求胜利，而是在梦中向神发出一个简单却深刻的请求：“求你赐我智慧的心，可以判断是非。”

“我所未曾求的我也赐给你，就是丰富、尊荣，使你在世的日子列王中没有一个能比你的。”

在生命中，我们常常渴望突破、供应与祝福，但神的方式常常出人意外。祂不是要我们去奔跑追逐那些好处，而是先带我们走进属灵的“功能厅”——一个神亲自设立的空间。

在那里，没有嘈杂的掌声，也没有人眼中的成功，只有一颗愿意等候、愿意对齐神心意的心。当我们肯站在这个位置上，不急于出发，只愿聆听、顺服、等候，神的恩典便会悄然降临，祝福也会如露珠般落在我们脚前。

这就是所罗门的祝福，也是今日神向你我发出的邀请：

“来，到我为你预备的功能厅中来，不是为表演，不是为争取，而是为遇见我。你未曾求的，我必加添。”

I stood in the center, initially unsure why I was there. It didn’t feel like a place for festivities or even for meetings. But as I waited in stillness, my heart began to awaken—this was not a space arranged by man, but one prepared by God.

Suddenly, it felt as though an invisible skylight above me opened. Warm golden light began to stream down, and paper bills floated gently from the air—not with the noise or greed of the world, but as if they were the quiet faithfulness and grace from the hand of the Father.

I didn’t reach out to grab them, nor did I celebrate the blessing aloud. In that moment, my eyes welled with tears. It was then I realized: before I even opened my mouth to ask, He had already prepared everything. And as I chose to wait quietly and remain where He positioned me, the windows of heaven opened softly.

Scriptural Connection: 1 Kings 3:5–13

When Solomon was young and newly enthroned, faced with the heavy burden of ruling all Israel, he did not ask God for riches or victory. Instead, in a dream, he offered a simple but profound request: “Give your servant a discerning heart to distinguish between right and wrong.”

God was moved by his heart and responded in the dream:

“Moreover, I will give you what you have not asked for—both wealth and honor—so that in your lifetime you will have no equal among kings.”

Solomon did not chase after blessing; he longed for the right heart, the right discernment, the right position. And because of that, God opened the windows of heaven and gave him grace beyond all asking.

In life, we often long for breakthroughs, provision, and blessing—but God’s ways are not like ours. He doesn’t call us to run after benefits, but first to step into the spiritual “function room”—a sacred space He Himself prepares.

There, there is no loud applause, no human spotlight—only a heart willing to wait, to align with His heart. And when we choose to stand in that place, not rushing ahead but quietly listening, obeying, and waiting, His grace begins to fall, and blessings descend like dew at our feet.

This was Solomon’s blessing, and it is also the invitation God extends to you and me today:

“Come into the function room I’ve prepared—not to perform, not to strive, but to meet with Me. What you have not asked for, I will add to you.”
