For Such a Time as This

Scripture: Esther 4:14
“And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

There are moments in life when we find ourselves at a crossroads—not by coincidence, but by divine appointment. Esther was not just a beautiful woman who became queen; she was a chosen vessel, placed strategically by God. In a season of comfort and royalty, she was called to rise—not for herself, but for her people.

Mordecai’s Challenge Transcends Time:

What if everything you’ve gone through was for this very moment?
• What if your position, your influence, and your voice were entrusted to you to intercede for others?
• What if your silence could mean loss—but your courage could bring salvation?

This question was not only for Esther, but also for each of us. Perhaps your journey, your struggles, and even your delays were preparation for God’s purpose in this season.

God May Be Hidden, but He Is in Control:

The book of Esther is unique—it never mentions God’s name. Yet His fingerprints are everywhere. He arranges the setting, prepares the hearts, and calls forth the brave. His redemptive story is always unfolding, often behind the scenes.

Reflection:

You may feel ordinary, unseen, or unqualified. But perhaps you are right where you are for such a time as this. The real question is not just what you will do—but whether you believe God is with you in this time, preparing you to be a blessing.
