1. 看清现实本质
   “虚空的虚空，凡事都是虚空。”（传道书 1:2）
   人所追求的成就、享乐、知识，若没有神，最终不过如烟云一场。
2. 学会领受，不再强求
   “能吃能喝，在劳碌中享福，乃是神的恩赐。”（传道书 2:24）
   不是得越多越满足，而是心中感恩，才有喜乐。
3. 安心在神的时间里
   “神造万物，各按其时成为美好。”（传道书 3:11）
   不再焦虑掌控，而是相信神的安排最美。
4. 归回生命的本分
   “敬畏神，谨守祂的命令，这是人当尽的本分。”（传道书 12:13）
   脱离虚空之路，转向敬畏神的正道，才是真实有意义的人生。

Overcoming Vanity in Ecclesiastes

1. Recognize the Truth:
   “Vanity of vanities… all is vanity.” (1:2)
   Much of life—pleasure, work, wisdom—is fleeting and cannot satisfy.
2. Embrace Life as a Gift:
   “There is nothing better than to enjoy life’s simple blessings… this is from the hand of God.” (2:24)
   Stop grasping. Start receiving.
3. Trust God’s Timing:
   “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” (3:11)
   Let go of control. Rest in God’s seasons.
4. Live with Reverence:
   “Fear God and keep His commandments.” (12:13)
   This is life’s true purpose—not chasing wind, but walking with God.
