主啊，感谢你在基督里赐下永恒的基业。求你开启我的眼睛，让我看见你为我所预备的丰盛，并在圣灵的引导中，活出盼望与喜乐。帮助我与众圣徒一同承受这荣耀的应许。奉耶稣的名，阿们。

In the Book of Ephesians, Paul repeatedly reminds us that in Christ, we are not empty-handed — we have received the inheritance of the Kingdom. This inheritance is not a temporary possession but an eternal, glorious, and abundant blessing.

1️⃣ Inheritance in God’s Purpose (Ephesians 1:11)

In Christ, we have already obtained an inheritance — a plan God set in place before the foundation of the world.
Our future is not accidental; it is arranged by God’s good and perfect will.

2️⃣ The Seal and Guarantee of the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13–14)

The moment we put our trust in Christ, the Holy Spirit became our seal, proving that we belong to God.
He is also the down payment of our inheritance, guaranteeing that we will surely receive it in full.
Even as we wait, we can stand firm in hope.

Paul prays that God would open the eyes of our hearts to see the glorious riches of this inheritance.

In Christ, there is no distinction between Jew and Gentile — we are all heirs of the same inheritance.

Application
• Live with Gratitude: Remind yourself daily that you have been adopted into God’s family and given an eternal inheritance.
• Live in Hope through the Spirit: Don’t be swallowed by temporary troubles, for the Holy Spirit is your guarantee.
• Pursue Unity: Value your brothers and sisters in Christ, for we share the same inheritance.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for giving me an eternal inheritance in Christ. Open my eyes to see the abundance You have prepared for me. Lead me by the Holy Spirit to live with hope and joy, and help me to inherit this glorious promise together with all the saints. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
