Jubilee

它是在 SG50(新加坡独立 50 周年禧年)时开放的。

Prophetic Prayer Walk on the Jubilee Bridge

September 3

Today, I felt led by the Holy Spirit to walk across Singapore’s Jubilee Bridge. I began at 4:18 p.m., and completed the crossing in exactly 4 minutes and 18 seconds—a prophetic act echoing Luke 4:18–19: proclaiming freedom from bondage and entering into the full liberty given by Christ.

The Jubilee Bridge itself carries deep meaning. It was opened during SG50, Singapore’s Jubilee year of independence. Now we have stepped into SG60, and the number 60 symbolizes maturity. Even visually, SG60 looks like SG GO—a call to move forward courageously into God’s purposes.

A deeper revelation is found in Isaiah 60:1:

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”

SG60 is not only a national milestone, but also a spiritual calling—this is a season to arise and shine.

Beside the bridge stands a Shake Shack restaurant. To me, it symbolized the call to “shake off the shack”—to cast away tiredness, burdens, and bondage. In front of the restaurant, a large display portrays Singapore’s past, when laborers carried heavy loads along the river. This exhibit, which runs from July 14 to September 30, is a vivid reminder that God has brought us out of such a season—out of toil and heavy burdens, into rest and freedom.

Looking out toward Marina Bay, before the Merlion, I saw many sailboats gliding across the waters. On their sails was the phrase from DBS Bank:
“Live more, bank less.”

In that moment, I saw a prophetic picture: we are no longer slaves to money or systems, but like sailboats moved by the wind, we are called to be led by the Holy Spirit, living fully in the abundance and freedom that God provides.
