The Book of Judges stands between Joshua and Samuel, a transitional period for Israel:
• After Joshua’s death, the people lost the guidance of a spiritual leader.
• In those days there was no king; everyone did what was right in their own eyes (Judges 21:25).
• The people repeatedly fell into a cycle:
Turning away from God → Oppressed → Crying out → God raised up judges to deliver → Falling again.

👉 This reveals a serious issue: a gap in spiritual inheritance.

1. The Crisis of a Broken Faith Transmission
   • One generation experienced God’s mighty acts, but the next “did not know the Lord.”
