「我也要赐给你们一个新心，将新灵放在你们里面；

又从你们的肉体中除掉石心，赐给你们肉心。

我必将我的灵放在你们里面，使你们顺从我的律例，谨守遵行我的典章。」

1. 新心的应许

神应许改变我们最深处的内心，不只是修正习惯，而是彻底更新。祂除去刚硬，赐下柔软。

2. 新灵的赐下

圣灵使我们有力量顺服。我们不是靠自己努力，而是靠祂的灵行走在祂的道中。

3. 生命的见证

这是一幅恩典的图画。神在我们里面的工作，使我们成为祂活生生的见证——心被柔软、被圣灵充满，并因爱而顺服。

🙏 祷告

主啊，求祢除去我心中的刚硬，赐下新心与新灵。求祢的圣灵天天更新我，使我不是靠自己，而是靠祢的恩典，走在祢的道中。愿我的生命成为祢更新大能的见证。奉耶稣的名，阿们。

✨ Reflection
1. The Promise of a New Heart
God promises to transform the deepest part of us—not just adjusting habits, but completely renewing us. He removes hardness and gives softness.
2. The Gift of a New Spirit
The Holy Spirit empowers us to obey. We are not walking in our own effort but by His Spirit guiding us in His ways.
3. A Living Testimony
This is a picture of grace. God’s work within us makes us living testimonies—hearts softened, filled with the Spirit, and obedient out of love.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, please remove the hardness of my heart and grant me a new heart and a new spirit. May Your Spirit renew me daily so that I do not walk by my own strength but by Your grace. Let my life become a testimony of Your renewing power. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
