🌿 Feast of Tabernacles: Be Strong and Build, for God Is with You

📅 October 7, 2025 · During the Feast of Tabernacles

📖 Scripture

Haggai 2:4–5 (NIV)

“But now be strong, Zerubbabel,” declares the Lord.
“Be strong, Joshua son of Jozadak, the high priest.
Be strong, all you people of the land,” declares the Lord, “and work. For I am with you,” declares the Lord Almighty.
“This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.”

🕊️ Message

During the Feast of Tabernacles, God reminds us that His presence is never temporary.
In the wilderness, Israel lived in tents to remember how He sheltered them with the cloud by day and fire by night.

Now, through Christ, the Holy Spirit dwells within us — not as a passing guest, but as God’s permanent presence in our lives.

Just as God spoke through Haggai to His people rebuilding the temple, He speaks to us today:

“Be strong and work, for I am with you.”

When discouragement or fear sets in, this same Spirit empowers us to rise and rebuild.

💫 Spiritual Insight
• Be strong and build: True strength comes not from our own might, but from God’s Spirit within.
• The covenant stands: The same God who led Israel out of Egypt still keeps His promises today.
• The Spirit dwells within us: We are now the living temple of His glory.

The Feast of Tabernacles is not only a time of remembering — it’s a time of rejoicing in the God who still dwells among us.

🙏 Prayer

Lord,
thank You for reminding me during this Feast of Tabernacles
that You are not a visitor but my eternal dwelling place.
When I feel weak, make me strong.
When I fear, fill me with Your peace.
May my life be a temple where Your Spirit lives
and Your glory shines through every work of my hands.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
