一、与基督同钉——爱的根源

📖【加2:20】

“我已经与基督同钉十字架，现在活着的不再是我，乃是基督在我里面活着；

并且我如今在肉身活着，是因信神的儿子而活，

他是爱我，为我舍己。”

“与基督同钉”是信徒生命的起点。

当我们信主时，旧的“我”已经在十字架上被除去，

我们不再被罪和律法辖制，

而是因着基督的爱，得以活出新的生命。

这是一个属灵的事实——

“我不再是我”，

因为基督已经住在我里面。

祂的爱成了我生命的根基，

我活着不再为自己，而是为祂。

💡 属灵启示：

“与基督同钉”不是毁灭，

而是爱的联合。

那位爱我、为我舍己的主，

如今在我里面活着。

主啊，让我常记得，

我已与祢同钉十字架，

愿祢的爱成为我生命的动力与中心。

二、圣灵的果子——爱的彰显

📖【加5:22–23】

“圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、温柔、节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。”

当基督的生命在我们里面成长，

圣灵就在我们身上结出果子。

这果子不是努力模仿出来的行为，

而是圣灵内住的自然结果。

这果子的核心是爱，

其他的八种特质，

都是爱的不同面向与香气：

• 仁爱，是爱的根；

• 喜乐，是爱中的满足；

• 和平，是爱中的和谐；

• 忍耐，是爱中的恒久；

• 恩慈，是爱中的温柔；

• 良善，是爱中的正直；

• 信实，是爱中的坚守；

• 温柔，是爱中的谦卑；

• 节制，是爱中的自持。

当我们顺服圣灵的带领，

这爱就会在生活中自然流露。

圣灵啊，让我不靠律法约束，

而靠祢的同在流露出爱，

使我成为他人得安慰、得建造的人。

三、钉死肉体——爱的操练

📖【加5:24】

“凡属基督耶稣的人，是已经把肉体连肉体的邪情私欲同钉在十字架上了。”

如果“与基督同钉”是爱的根，

那么“钉死肉体”就是爱的成长。

信徒每天都要面对一个属灵的抉择：

是让肉体掌权，还是让圣灵引导？

肉体要掌控、嫉妒、发怒；

圣灵却呼唤我们去饶恕、忍耐、祝福。

每一次我们愿意放下自我、选择爱，

那就是十字架的胜利。

💗 爱的胜利，不是外在的赢，

而是内在的降服。

当我甘愿顺服、忍耐、温柔、饶恕，

我就在爱的路上与基督同行。

主啊，帮助我天天钉死肉体，

不让旧性情复活，

让我活在爱的能力中，

结出圣灵的果子。

四、靠圣灵得生，也靠圣灵行

📖【加5:25】

“我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事。”

“得生”是一刻的重生，

“行事”是一生的同行。

圣灵不只让我们重生，

祂更愿在我们每一个选择中引导我们——

在说话时、在人际中、在压力下、在迷惘里，

都教导我们选择爱。

✨ 生活操练：

• 说话前，求圣灵赐我温柔的口；

• 生气时，求圣灵赐我忍耐的心；

• 面对困难，求圣灵赐我信靠的眼光。

都是与圣灵同行的脚步。

谢谢祢以爱救赎我，

1. Crucified with Christ — The Root of Love

📖 Galatians 2:20

“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.
The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God,
who loved me and gave himself for me.”

To be crucified with Christ marks the beginning of a believer’s life.
When we believe in the Lord, our old self is put to death on the cross.
We are no longer bound by sin or the law,
but are set free to live a new life because of Christ’s love.

This is a spiritual reality—
“I no longer live,”
for Christ now dwells within me.
His love has become the foundation of my life,
and I live no longer for myself, but for Him.

💡 Spiritual Insight:
Being crucified with Christ is not destruction,
but union in love.
The One who loved me and gave Himself for me
now lives within me.

🕊️ Prayer:
Lord, help me always remember
that I have been crucified with You.
May Your love be the power and center of my life.

2. The Fruit of the Spirit — The Expression of Love

📖 Galatians 5:22–23

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Against such things there is no law.”

As Christ’s life grows within us,
the Holy Spirit produces fruit in our lives.
This fruit is not the result of imitation or effort,
but the natural outcome of the Spirit dwelling in us.

The heart of this fruit is love,
and the other eight virtues
are its fragrance and expressions:
• Love — the root of all;
• Joy — love’s delight;
• Peace — love’s harmony;
• Patience — love’s endurance;
• Kindness — love’s gentleness;
• Goodness — love’s integrity;
• Faithfulness — love’s steadfastness;
• Gentleness — love’s humility;
• Self-control — love’s discipline.

When we walk in step with the Spirit,
this love naturally flows through our lives.

🕊️ Prayer:
Holy Spirit, help me not to live under the constraint of law,
but to overflow with love through Your presence.
Let me bring comfort and edification to those around me.

3. Putting the Flesh to Death — The Practice of Love

📖 Galatians 5:24

“Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”

If being crucified with Christ is the root of love,
then putting the flesh to death is the growth of love.
Every believer faces this daily spiritual choice:
Will I let the flesh rule, or will I follow the Spirit’s leading?

The flesh seeks control, jealousy, and anger;
but the Spirit calls us to forgive, to endure, to bless.
Each time we lay down ourselves and choose love,
the cross triumphs again in us.

💗 The victory of love is not outward success,
but inward surrender.
Whenever I willingly obey, endure, show gentleness, and forgive,
I am walking with Christ on the road of love.

🕊️ Prayer:
Lord, help me to crucify my flesh each day.
Do not let the old nature rise again,
but let me live in the power of love
and bear the fruit of the Spirit.

4. Living and Walking by the Spirit

📖 Galatians 5:25

“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.”

To live by the Spirit is the moment of rebirth,
but to walk by the Spirit is the journey of a lifetime.
The Holy Spirit not only gives us new life,
but also guides us in every decision—
in our words, our relationships, our struggles, and our confusion—
teaching us to choose love in all things.

✨ Life Practices:
• Before speaking, ask the Spirit for a gentle tongue.
• In anger, ask the Spirit for a patient heart.
• In difficulty, ask the Spirit for eyes of faith and trust.

🕊️ Every moment we let love lead us
is a step walked in harmony with the Spirit.

Dear Lord Jesus,
thank You for redeeming me through love,
for crucifying me with You, and giving me new life.

Holy Spirit,
please guide and renew me each day.
Do not let the flesh rule over me,
but help me walk and bear fruit in love.

May my life
become a testimony of Your love,
so that others may see Christ living in me.
