📖 【彼得后书 3:14】

“亲爱的弟兄啊，你们既盼望这些事，就当殷勤，使自己没有玷污，无可指摘，安然见主。”

💡 默想

主的再来，对信徒而言，不是恐惧的终点，而是荣耀的相遇。

彼得提醒我们：既然盼望主的国度降临，就要殷勤地预备自己。

殷勤不是焦虑的忙碌，而是带着敬畏的心、忠心地生活。

“没有玷污”代表内心的纯洁；

“无可指摘”代表行为的正直；

而“安然见主”，是信心与爱心成熟的果子。

当我们每日在基督里被炼净、被更新，

那一天，见主的面时，我们将不惧怕，只满有平安。

主啊，

求祢使我在盼望中保持清醒，

在等候中不懈怠，

让我远离玷污与指责，

用清洁的心、忠心的手，预备迎见祢。

愿我天天活在祢的恩典中，

直到安然见主的那一日。

“Therefore, beloved, since you are waiting for these things, be diligent to be found by Him without spot or blemish, and at peace.”

💡 Reflection

The Lord’s return is not the end of fear for believers, but the beginning of glory.
Peter reminds us that since we hope for the coming of God’s kingdom, we must be diligent in preparing ourselves.
Diligence is not anxious busyness, but a reverent, faithful way of life.

“To be without spot” speaks of purity in heart;
“To be blameless” speaks of integrity in conduct;
And “to be at peace” is the fruit of mature faith and love.
As we are daily refined and renewed in Christ,
on that day when we see His face,
we will not be afraid — only filled with peace.

🙏 Prayer

Lord,
keep me alert in hope
and steadfast while I wait.
Help me to stay away from all defilement and reproach,
to live with clean hands and a pure heart, ready to meet You.
May I abide in Your grace every day
until that day I see You in peace.
In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
