我儿，你若领受我的言语，存记我的命令；

侧耳听智慧，专心求聪明；

呼求明哲，扬声求聪明；

寻找它，如寻找银子，搜求它，如搜求隐藏的珍宝；

你就明白敬畏耶和华，得以认识神。

以小孩的心来学习，就是用一颗谦卑可教的心面对知识与教导。

孩子会愿意领受，因此“你若领受我的言语”提醒我们要先愿意接受。

孩子会专心聆听，因此“侧耳听智慧，专心求聪明”，说明学习需要专注。

孩子不会害怕问问题，因此“呼求明哲，扬声求聪明”是积极寻求答案。

孩子寻找东西时很认真，因此“寻找它如寻找银子，搜求它如搜求隐藏的珍宝”，表达要带着渴慕与坚持来学习。

当学习建立在对神的敬畏中，就能得着真正的智慧与方向，“你就明白敬畏耶和华，得以认识神。”

学习不只是为了成绩，而是为了成长；不是为了表现自己，而是愿意像孩子一样学习，从谦卑中得智慧。

主啊，我愿意带着小孩般谦卑、单纯的心来学习。

帮助我不倚靠自己的聪明，

让我专心听从教导，勇于发问，持续寻求智慧。

愿我在学习中也更认识祢。

📖 Scripture · Proverbs 2:1–5

My son, if you accept my words
and store up my commands within you,
turning your ear to wisdom
and applying your heart to understanding;
indeed, if you call out for insight
and raise your voice for understanding;
if you look for it as for silver
and search for it as for hidden treasure,
then you will understand the fear of the LORD
and find the knowledge of God.

💡 Message

To learn with the heart of a child is to approach knowledge and instruction with humility and a teachable spirit.

Children are willing to receive—therefore, “if you accept my words” teaches us that willingness comes first.
Children listen attentively—thus “turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding” reminds us that learning requires focus.
Children are not afraid to ask questions—so “call out for insight and raise your voice for understanding” speaks of actively seeking answers.
Children search carefully when looking for something—so “look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure” reflects the passion and persistence needed in learning.
And when learning is rooted in reverence for God, we receive true wisdom and direction—“then you will understand the fear of the LORD and find the knowledge of God.”

We learn not merely for grades, but to grow.
We study not to display what we know, but to become like a child—humble, willing to learn, and able to gain wisdom through that humility.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, I choose to learn with the humble and simple heart of a child.
Help me not to rely on my own understanding.
Teach me to listen attentively, to ask boldly, and to continually pursue wisdom.
May I come to know You more even as I learn.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
