在问题中仍能相信;

在等待里仍能站立;

📌 “Facing Our Problems Through the Book of Habakkuk”

📅 09 December 2025

✨ 1. Habakkuk Faced His Problems Honestly

The book begins with a painful cry:

“How long, Lord, must I call for help, but you do not listen?” (Hab. 1:2)

Habakkuk faced the same struggles many of us experience:
• Injustice
• Growing difficulties
• Prayers that seem unanswered
• A feeling that God is silent

His life reminds us:
Our problems are real, but God is just as real.

✨ 2. The Real Struggle: Why Doesn’t God Act My Way?

Habakkuk never doubted God’s existence—
he struggled because God did not act according to his expectations.

God answers:

“I am doing something in your days that you would not believe.” (Hab. 1:5)

In other words:
God is working, even when His ways exceed our understanding.

✨ 3. Three Things God Wants Us to See

1️⃣ See God’s Timing

“Though it linger, wait for it.” (Hab. 2:3)

God is never rushed, and never late.

2️⃣ See God’s Sovereign Plan

God’s use of the Chaldeans shows that His wisdom is higher than ours.

3️⃣ See That Faith Matters More Than Answers

“The righteous shall live by faith.” (Hab. 2:4)

God is shaping our character even before solving our problems.

✨ 4. Habakkuk’s Journey: From Struggle to Faith

📍 Chapter 1 — Bring Your Problems to God

He did not hide; he poured out his heart.

📍 Chapter 2 — Stand Watch

He learned to wait and listen.

📍 Chapter 3 — Praise in Hardship

“Though the fig tree does not bud… yet I will rejoice in the Lord.” (Hab. 3:17–18)

The situation did not change,
but the prophet’s heart was transformed.

🙏 Closing Prayer

Lord, give us Habakkuk’s eyes:
to believe even when we struggle,
to stand firm while we wait,
and to praise You even in the dark.
Let faith carry us through every challenge.
Amen.
