🌿 灵修默想

当我们安静下来，

会发现我们其实很容易对别人的事有感觉，

却对自己该做的事迟疑。

有时候，

我们并不是故意论断，

只是习惯性地关注、分析、插手。

我们告诉自己那是关心，

却很少停下来问：

这真的是神交给我们的吗？

「三八」不一定是大声的闲话，

也可能是心里不断运转的评论；

不一定是公开的议论，

也可能是暗暗的介入。

保罗提醒我们：

要留心。

不是留心别人，

而是留心我们有没有去行善。

行善，

往往不是显眼的事，

而是那些没有掌声、

却需要忠心的行动。

今天，

神不是问我们：

你们看见了什么问题？

而是轻声问我们：

你们有没有顺服？

🙏 祷告

主啊，

让我们在你面前慢下来。

收回那些不必要的关注，

也放下那些我们不需要承担的重担。

教导我们分辨：

什么是你交给我们的，

什么该交回给你。

让我们少一点插手，

多一点代祷；

少一点言语，

多一点顺服。

使我们的生命，

不只是有感觉，

而是真正对人有益。

阿们。

不是不关心，

而是专心活好

🌿 Devotional Reflection

When we quiet ourselves,
we realize how easily we become sensitive to other people’s matters,
yet hesitant about what we ourselves are called to do.

At times,
we are not intentionally judging.
We simply fall into the habit of observing, analyzing, and stepping in.
We tell ourselves it is concern,
but we rarely stop to ask:
Is this truly something God has entrusted to us?

“San Ba” does not always mean loud gossip.
It can also be the constant commentary running in our hearts;
not always public discussion,
but quiet interference.

Paul reminds us
to be careful—
not careful about others,
but careful about whether we are devoted to doing good.

Doing good
is often not something noticeable.
It is work without applause,
yet it requires faithfulness.

Today,
God is not asking us,
“What problems have you noticed?”
Instead, He gently asks:
Have you obeyed?

🙏 Prayer

Lord,
help us slow down before You.
Draw back our unnecessary attention,
and release us from burdens we were never meant to carry.

Teach us to discern
what You have entrusted to us
and what should be returned to You.

Help us meddle less
and pray more;
speak less
and obey more.

May our lives
not only be full of feelings,
but truly be a blessing to others.

Amen.
