🕊 一、安静在神面前

主啊，

我来到你面前安静。

不是为了分析别人，

而是求你光照我自己的心。

求你让我看见：

我是否也曾在不知不觉中，

开始怀疑你的话，

怀疑你的心，

怀疑你的良善。

🔍 二、默想：试探是怎样开始的？

蛇没有直接否认神，

它只是轻轻地问了一句：

“神岂是真说……？”

这一句话，

把神的恩典说成限制，

把神的保护说成控制，

把神的爱说成保留。

我安静问自己：

当环境不顺时，

我有没有误会神？

当祷告未应允时，

我有没有开始怀疑祂？

💡 三、对齐：问题不在“果子”，而在“信任”

主啊，

很多时候我不是想悖逆，

我只是累了、怕了、等不下去了。

但仇敌总是在这时对我说：

“你确定神真的为你好吗？”

今天我选择重新对齐：

不是跟着感觉走，

不是被环境牵着走，

而是回到你已经说过的话。

主啊，

求你赦免我，

当我用感觉代替你的话，

用处境代替你的应许，

用怀疑代替信靠。

今天我再次选择相信你：

相信你的心，

相信你的安排，

相信你不会亏待我。

奉主耶稣的名，阿们。

🕊 1. Being Still Before God

Lord,
I come before You and quiet my heart.
Not to analyze others,
but to ask You to shine Your light into my own heart.

Please let me see:
Have I, without realizing it,
begun to doubt Your word,
doubt Your heart,
and doubt Your goodness?

🔍 2. Meditation: How Does Temptation Begin?

The serpent did not directly deny God.
It only gently asked a question:

“Did God really say…?”

With that one sentence,
God’s grace is turned into restriction,
God’s protection is turned into control,
and God’s love is turned into withholding.

I quietly ask myself:

When circumstances are not going well,
have I misunderstood God?
When prayers seem unanswered,
have I begun to doubt Him?

💡 3. Realignment: The Issue Is Not the “Fruit,” but “Trust”

Lord,
many times I am not trying to rebel.
I am just tired, afraid, and unable to wait any longer.

But the enemy always says to me at such times:

“Are you sure God is really good to you?”

Today I choose to realign myself:

Not to follow my feelings,
not to be led by circumstances,
but to return to what You have already said.

🙏 4. Prayer

Lord,
please forgive me
when I replace Your word with my feelings,
Your promises with my circumstances,
and trust with doubt.

Today I choose once again to trust You:
to trust Your heart,
to trust Your arrangements,
and to trust that You will not withhold any good thing from me.

In the name of Jesus, Amen.
