经文： 申命记 31:7–8

摩西召了约书亚来，在以色列众人眼前对他说：“你当刚强壮胆！因为你要和这百姓一同进入耶和华向他们列祖起誓应许所赐之地；你也要使他们承受那地为业。

耶和华必在你前面行；他必与你同在，必不撇下你，也不丢弃你。不要惧怕，也不要惊惶。”

摩西的时代结束了，约书亚要进入一个全新的阶段。

这不是他自己选择的时刻，而是神所指定的时刻。

神没有先告诉约书亚“路会多容易”，

只告诉他三件事：

第一，要刚强壮胆。

第二，神在他前面行。

第三，神必不撇下他，也不丢弃他。

我们生命中也常常会遇见这样的“接棒时刻”：

进入一个新的阶段、面对一个新的挑战、踏上一条不熟悉的路。

有时不是我们准备好了，

而是神说：现在是时候了。

真正的平安，不是因为环境可控，

而是因为主已经走在前面。

今天这句话也同样对我们说：

不要惧怕，不要惊惶。

不是因为你够强，

而是因为与你同行的神永不离开。

🙏 祷告

主啊，

当我站在新的阶段、新的路口，

我承认我会害怕，也会不安。

但你说：你必在我前面行，

你必与我同在，

你必不撇下我，也不丢弃我。

今天我选择不是看自己的能力，

而是仰望你的同在。

赐我刚强壮胆的心，

使我一步一步，走在你已经预备好的路上。

Scripture: Deuteronomy 31:7–8

Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel,
“Be strong and courageous, for you must go with this people into the land that the Lord swore to their ancestors to give them, and you must divide it among them as their inheritance.
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

🌿 Devotional Reflection

Moses’ season had come to an end, and Joshua was about to step into a completely new stage.
This was not a moment he chose for himself — it was a moment appointed by God.

God did not first tell Joshua how easy the road would be.
He only told him three things:

First, be strong and courageous.
Second, God goes before you.
Third, God will never leave you nor forsake you.

In our own lives, we often come to similar “baton-passing moments”:
Entering a new season, facing a new challenge, stepping onto an unfamiliar path.
Sometimes it is not that we are fully ready,
but that God says, “Now is the time.”

True peace does not come from having everything under control,
but from knowing that the Lord has already gone ahead of us.

Today, these words are also spoken to us:
Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged.
Not because you are strong enough,
but because the God who walks with you will never leave you.

🙏 Prayer

Lord,
As I stand at a new stage, at a new crossroads,
I confess that I feel afraid and uncertain.

But You have said: You will go before me,
You will be with me,
You will never leave me nor forsake me.

Today I choose not to look at my own ability,
but to fix my eyes on Your presence.

Grant me a heart that is strong and courageous,
and lead me step by step on the path You have already prepared.
In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
