📖 耶利米书 1:10；2:13；31:33；20:9

“我今日立你在列邦列国之上，

为要施行拔出、拆毁、毁坏、倾覆，

又要建立、栽植。”（耶 1:10）

🌙 灵修

神呼召耶利米时，

没有先说祝福，

而是先说拆毁。

拔出。

拆毁。

毁坏。

倾覆。

然后才是：

建立。

栽植。

这是属灵更新的次序。

我们常常希望

直接进入“建立”，

却跳过“拆毁”。

但神知道——

旧的力量若还占着位置，

新的生命进不来。

🌊 破裂的水池

神说：

你们离弃了活水的泉源，

却抓着破裂的池子。（耶 2:13）

旧力量最大的问题不是它曾经无用，

而是：

我们继续依靠它，

即使它已经干了。

有些安全感

只是熟悉，

不是供应。

神拆毁不是羞辱，

而是释放。

🔥 新能力写在里面

神的答案不是修补旧系统。

祂说：

我要把律法写在他们心上。（耶 31:33）

这不是外面的宗教升级，

而是里面的重生。

旧力量靠维持，

新能力靠流动。

耶利米说：

神的话在我里面像火。（耶 20:9）

当能力从里面来，

人不是撑着走，

而是被托着走。

🌱 升级的痛与盼望

拆毁的阶段常让人误会：

好像退步，

好像失去，

好像失败。

但耶利米书提醒我们：

神的拆毁

是为了建立。

祂不是空手拿走，

祂是在腾空间。

旧力量退场，

新生命登场。

✨ 默想祷告

神啊，

若你要拔出，

给我信任；

若你要拆毁，

给我安静。

不要让我抓住

已经干枯的力量。

带我进入

你写在心里的新能力。

让从我里面流出的

不是勉强，

而是火。

🌿 From Old Strength to New Power

“See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms,
to pluck up and to break down,
to destroy and to overthrow,
to build and to plant.” (Jer 1:10)

🌙 Reflection

When God called Jeremiah,
He did not begin with blessing.
He began with dismantling.

Uproot.
Break down.
Destroy.
Overthrow.

Only then:

Build.
Plant.

This is the order of spiritual renewal.

We often want to jump straight to building
and skip the tearing down.

But God knows:

If old strength still occupies the space,
new life cannot enter.

🌊 Broken Cisterns

God says:

You have forsaken the fountain of living waters
and held on to broken cisterns. (Jer 2:13)

The danger of old strength
is not that it was once useless,

but that we keep relying on it
long after it has run dry.

Some forms of security
are only familiar —
they no longer sustain.

God dismantles not to shame,
but to release.

🔥 New Power Written Within

God’s answer is not to repair the old system.

He says:

I will write My law on their hearts. (Jer 31:33)

This is not an upgrade of religion.
It is an inward rebirth.

Old strength survives by effort.
New power flows by life.

Jeremiah says:

His word is in me like fire. (Jer 20:9)

When power rises from within,
we are not forcing ourselves forward —
we are being carried.

🌱 The Pain and Hope of Upgrade

The dismantling phase often feels like loss.

Like regression.
Like failure.
Like something is going wrong.

But Jeremiah reminds us:

God tears down
in order to build.

He does not take away empty-handed.
He is making room.

Old strength steps aside.
New life steps in.

✨ Prayer

God,

If You must uproot,
give me trust.

If You must dismantle,
give me stillness.

Do not let me cling
to strength that has already dried up.

Lead me into the new power
written within my heart.

Let what flows from me
be fire,
not strain.

Amen.
