📖 路加福音 18:1

“耶稣设一个比喻，是要人常常祷告，不可灰心。”

长到你怀疑祷告有没有被听见。

长到你开始想——是不是可以停了。

耶稣却在这样的夜里，说了一句话：

不要灰心。

不是责备。

不是催促。

是一种温柔的托住。

P.U.S.H. = Pray Until Something Happens

—— 祷告，直到有事情发生。

但那“发生”，

不一定是风浪立刻平息。

有时，是在你心里——

某个快要熄灭的灯，

又被轻轻点亮。

• 当你快撑不住时，忽然有一丝平安。

• 当你想放弃时，里面却多了一点力量。

• 当你看不见路时，心里竟然安静下来。

神不急着移动高山，

因为祂正在塑造一个

可以越过高山的你。

我们多么想“免”。

免去等待。

免去沉默。

免去一次次没有回应的感觉。

但“勉”不是“免”。

“勉”是——

在没有被免去的现实里，

仍然得着力量。

不是问题消失，

不是环境改变，

而是你被托住。

So long that you begin to wonder if your prayers are heard.
So long that you quietly ask yourself,
“Maybe I should stop.”

And into that kind of night,
Jesus gently speaks:

Do not give up.

Not a rebuke.
Not pressure.
But a tender support for a weary heart.

🖋 The Meaning of PUSH

P.U.S.H. = Pray Until Something Happens.

But the “something”
is not always the miracle you expected.

Sometimes,
it is the quiet relighting
of a lamp inside you.
• When you feel you cannot endure, a trace of peace comes.
• When you are ready to quit, a little strength rises.
• When you see no way forward, your heart becomes still.

God does not rush to move the mountain,
because He is shaping a person
who can rise above it.

🖋 Word Reflection: Persevere

The Chinese character “勉” combines:

免 (to avoid) + 力 (strength)

How we wish to be spared —
spared the waiting,
spared the silence,
spared the ache of delayed answers.

But perseverance is not exemption.

It is strength within what remains.

Not the problem disappearing,
but you not collapsing.

Not the storm ending,
but you being held steady.

The night is still dark.
The wind is still cold.
The answer has not yet come.

Yet the person remains kneeling.

Not because it feels easy.
But because walking away would leave the heart emptier still.

And as they continue praying,
the first light of dawn rests on their shoulder.

Luke 18:1 is not pressure.
