保罗不是在舒适中写下这句话。

他经历逼迫、误解、身体的疲惫。

但他说——我们不丧胆。

“不丧胆”不是因为没有压力，

而是因为里面有更新。

外体会累。

年龄会增长。

身体会衰退。

环境会消耗人。

但神的工作，从来不是从外面开始，

而是从里面。

当世界让人耗损，

圣灵却在里面重建。

当人看见衰退，

神却在塑造成熟。

“一天新似一天”

不是一次性的复兴，

而是每天持续的供应。

今天的恩典，

够你今天用。

明天醒来，

又是新的怜悯。

🙏 祷告

主啊，

当我感到疲惫时，

求祢提醒我——不要丧胆。

即使外面在耗损，

愿我的里面被祢更新。

让我不是靠环境活着，

而是靠祢的恩典。

一天新似一天，

直到我完全成全在祢里面。

奉主耶稣的名，阿们。

🌙 Devotional Meditation

Paul did not write these words from a place of comfort.
He faced persecution, misunderstanding, and physical exhaustion.
Yet he said—we do not lose heart.

Not losing heart doesn’t mean there is no pressure.
It means there is renewal happening within.

The body grows tired.
Age increases.
Strength fades.
Circumstances drain us.

But God’s work never begins from the outside—
it begins from within.

When the world wears us down,
the Holy Spirit rebuilds us from the inside.

When people see decline,
God is shaping maturity.

“Renewed day by day”
is not a one-time revival,
but a continual daily supply.

Today’s grace
is enough for today.
And when tomorrow comes,
new mercies await.

🙏 Prayer

Lord,
when I feel weary,
remind me—do not lose heart.

Even if the outward is wasting away,
may my inner being be renewed by You.

Let me live not by circumstances,
but by Your grace.

Renew me day by day,
until I am fully made complete in You.
