经文：以弗所书 3:14–21

【弗3:14】因此，我在父面前屈膝，

【弗3:15】（天上地上的各〔或作“全”〕家都是从他得名），

【弗3:16】求他按着他丰盛的荣耀，藉着他的灵，叫你们心里的力量刚强起来。

【弗3:17】使基督因你们的信，住在你们心里，叫你们的爱心有根有基，

【弗3:18】能以和众圣徒一同明白基督的爱是何等长阔高深；

【弗3:19】并知道这爱是过于人所能测度的，便叫神一切所充满的，充满了你们。

【弗3:20】神能照着运行在我们心里的大力，充充足足地成就一切，超过我们所求所想的。

【弗3:21】但愿他在教会中，并在基督耶稣里，得着荣耀，直到世世代代，永永远远。阿们！

S P I R I T 的祷告之路

保罗在这段祷告中揭开一条属灵生命的成长路径，从内在的刚强，到爱的根基，再到经历神超越知识的爱，最终活出荣耀。用 S P I R I T 六个字母，我们看见一条清晰的灵命旅程。

• S — 求圣灵加力量（Strengthen me by Your Spirit）

神从里面开始更新人，使我们能承受、能站立、能继续前行。

• P — 把我栽种在祢的爱里（Plant me in Your love）

爱是根，是土壤，是基础。没有爱，生命就不稳固。

• I — 光照我看见祢爱的浩大（Illuminate the vastness of Christ’s love）

基督的爱比我们经历过的任何爱都更深、更广、更高、更长。

• R — 显明那超越知识的爱（Reveal the fullness that surpasses knowledge）

神的爱不是概念，而是经历；祂要把祂的丰满带进我们生命的空缺处。

• I — 增加祢在我里面运行的能力（Increase Your power at work within me）

神的能力在我们里面运行，成就超过我们所求所想的事。

• T — 改变我，使我活出祢的荣耀（Transform my life for Your glory）

神的工作最终是为了让祂的荣耀透过我们显明，影响世世代代。

祷告

主啊，求祢用圣灵的大能刚强我的里面，把我深深栽种在祢的爱里。光照我，使我看见基督爱的长阔高深；向我显明那超越知识的爱。增加祢在我里面运行的能力，成就超过我所求所想的事。改变我，使我的生命在每一天都能彰显祢的荣耀。奉耶稣的名，阿们。

S P I R I T Prayer

Scripture: Ephesians 3:14–21 (CUV Chinese Union Version rendered into English)

Ephesians 3:14 — For this reason I kneel before the Father,
Ephesians 3:15 — from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name.
Ephesians 3:16 — I pray that out of His glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being.
Ephesians 3:17 — So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
Ephesians 3:18 — may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
Ephesians 3:19 — and to know this love that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Ephesians 3:20 — Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us,
Ephesians 3:21 — to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

The S P I R I T Path of Prayer

In this prayer, Paul reveals a spiritual pathway of growth—from inner strengthening, to being rooted in love, to experiencing God’s love that surpasses knowledge, and finally living for His glory. Through the six letters of S P I R I T, we see a clear journey of spiritual formation.

• S — Strengthen me by Your Spirit
  God renews us from the inside out, enabling us to endure, to stand, and to keep moving forward.
• P — Plant me in Your love
  Love is the root, the soil, the foundation. Without love, our lives cannot stand firm.
• I — Illuminate the vastness of Christ’s love
  Christ’s love is deeper, wider, higher, and longer than any love we have ever known.
• R — Reveal the fullness that surpasses knowledge
  God’s love is not merely a concept but an experience; He brings His fullness into the empty places of our lives.
• I — Increase Your power at work within me
  God’s power works within us, accomplishing far more than we could ever ask or imagine.
• T — Transform my life for Your glory
  God’s work in us ultimately reveals His glory through our lives, impacting generations.

Prayer

Lord, strengthen my inner being with the power of Your Spirit. Plant me deeply in Your love. Illuminate my heart so I may see the width, length, height, and depth of Christ’s love. Reveal to me the love that surpasses knowledge. Increase Your power at work within me and accomplish more than I could ever ask or imagine. Transform my life so that Your glory may shine through me each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
