这节经文常被当作“成功宣言”，

但它其实出自保罗在监牢中的告白。

他不是在高峰时说这句话，

而是在受限、受压、受苦中说的。

真正的能力，

不是外在的突破，

而是内在的稳定。

🌊 二、凡事，是任何处境

“凡事”不是想做什么就能做什么，

而是：

• 贫穷时不埋怨

• 富足时不骄傲

• 等待时不焦躁

• 受苦时不失望

那是一种在任何环境中都不崩溃的生命。

🔥 三、力量来自连接

“靠着”不是偶尔依赖，

而是持续连接。

就像枝子连在葡萄树上，

能力不是从枝子本身产生，

而是从源头流入。

当我们紧紧连于主，

力量不是爆发式的，

而是稳定而持续的。

🕊 今日祷告

主啊，

当我面对今天的压力、责任与未知时，

让我记得我不是独自承担。

教我不靠情绪、不靠意志，

而是靠祢的同在。

让我在凡事中站立，

不是因为我强，

而是因为祢在我里面。

🌿 1. Not a Slogan, but a Testimony

This verse is often quoted as a declaration of success.
But Paul wrote these words from prison.

He was not standing on a stage of victory.
He was sitting in confinement.

This was not self-confidence.
It was Christ-confidence.

True strength is not the power to control circumstances.
It is the stability to endure them.

🌊 2. “All Things” Means Every Condition

“All things” does not mean achieving anything we desire.
It means:
• Remaining peaceful in lack
• Staying humble in abundance
• Holding faith in waiting
• Standing firm in suffering

It is the grace to remain unshaken
when life shifts around us.

🔥 3. Strength Comes from Connection

“Through Him” implies continual dependence.

Like a branch connected to the vine,
the branch does not produce life on its own.
Life flows from the source.

Our strength is not manufactured.
It is received.

When we remain connected to Christ,
His strength becomes sufficient
for whatever we face.

🕊 Today’s Prayer

Lord,

When I face pressure, uncertainty, and responsibility today,
remind me that I do not stand alone.

Teach me not to rely on my emotions or willpower,
but to depend on You.

Let me stand firm in every circumstance,
not because I am strong,
but because You are strong within me.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
