这不是一位王在清算历史，

而是一位王在寻找——

👉 还有没有人，可以被施恩。

大卫 没有问：

“还有没有敌人？”

却问：

“还有没有人？”

这一个问题，

揭示了神心的方向——

👉 神的心，总是向着施恩。

但更深的是：

这恩典，

不是因为那人配得，

而是——

👉 “因约拿单的缘故”。

约拿单 曾与大卫立约，

那是一个不改变的约。

所以这份恩典的根基，不在人的光景，

而在“约”的存在。

后来被找到的，是一个瘸腿的人——

米非波设。

他没有能力，

没有地位，

甚至活在躲藏中。

但王的恩典临到他，

不是因为他是谁，

而是因为——

👉 他属于约。

这正是我们与神的故事。

我们常以为：

要先变好，才配被爱；

要先完全，才配被接纳。

但神却说：

👉 我施恩，不是因为你配，

👉 是因为那一位与我立约的儿子。

因着 耶稣基督，

我们被寻找，

被带回，

被邀请坐在王的桌子上。

也许你觉得自己不够好，

不够完整，

甚至不敢被看见。

但今天，这句话在呼唤你：

👉 “还有没有人？”

不是审判的声音，

而是恩典的寻找。

你不需要证明自己，

只需要回应祂。

因为——

这是一份

👉 因约而来的恩典。

“David asked, ‘Is there anyone still left of the house of Saul to whom I can show kindness for Jonathan’s sake?’”

✨ Devotional

This is not a king settling accounts with the past,
but a king searching—
👉 for someone to show kindness to.

David did not ask:
“Is there any enemy left?”
He asked:
“Is there anyone left?”

This question reveals the heart of God—
👉 His heart is always inclined to show grace.

But even deeper:

This grace is not based on the worth of the person,
but—
👉 “for Jonathan’s sake.”

Jonathan had made a covenant with David,
a covenant that would not be forgotten.

So the foundation of this grace
is not the condition of man,
but the reality of a covenant.

The one who was found was Mephibosheth—
a man who was lame.

He had no strength,
no status,
and lived in hiding.

Yet the king’s kindness reached him,
not because of who he was,
but because—
👉 he belonged to the covenant.

This is also our story with God.

We often think:
we must become better to be loved,
we must be worthy to be accepted.

But God says:

👉 I show grace not because you are worthy,
👉 but because of the One who is in covenant with Me.

Through Jesus Christ,
we are sought,
restored,
and invited to sit at the King’s table.

🌿 Reflection

Perhaps you feel unworthy,
incomplete,
or even hidden.

But today, this question is calling you:

👉 “Is there anyone left?”

It is not the voice of judgment,
but the voice of grace searching for you.

You don’t need to prove yourself.
You only need to respond.

Because this is—
👉 grace because of the covenant.
