从来不是沉默的;
而是在祢的话前停留;
忽然有了重量;
让我不再错过;
🌿 Title: When What Is Written Begins to Speak

📖 Today’s Scripture
👉 Proverbs 1:20
“Wisdom calls aloud in the street, she raises her voice in the public squares.”
👉 Proverbs 8:34
“Blessed is the one who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway.”
👉 Proverbs 18:4
“The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; the fountain of wisdom is a flowing brook.”

✨ Reflection
Your Word
has always been there.
Written in Scripture,
I have read it,
and I know it.
Yet often it remains on the surface—
quiet,
without a voice.
⸻
But You said—
“Wisdom calls aloud.”
Your voice
has never been silent;
it is I
who have not paused to listen.
⸻
And You said—
“Blessed is the one who waits daily at My door.”
So hearing
is not by chance—
it is born from waiting.
Not rushing through the page,
but lingering before Your Word;
not finishing and leaving,
but staying at the doorway,
waiting for You to speak.
⸻
When I begin to wait,
Your Word is no longer just text.
What is written
begins to speak.
⸻
A verse
suddenly carries weight;
a familiar line
suddenly shines with light.
Your Word
no longer stays on the surface—
Just as You said:
“Words are deep waters,
wisdom a flowing stream.”
⸻
It is not that I gain more,
but that I go deeper.
The Word has not changed—
but I have begun to hear.
⸻
Today,
I choose not to rush,
not to remain at the surface.
But before Your Word—
to wait, to watch, and to listen.
⸻
🙏 Prayer
Lord,
make me one who waits.
Day by day I come before You,
not just to read,
but to hear.
When You call,
let me not miss it;
when You speak,
let my heart respond.
Let what is written
become a living fountain within me,
and a light unto my path.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🌿
