🌿 Title: He Will Restore the Years
📅 Date: April 14, 2026

📖 Today’s Scripture
👉 Book of Joel 2:25
“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army which I sent among you.”

✨ Devotional Reflection

Some losses don’t happen in a moment—they are slowly eaten away over the years. It may be time, opportunities, or the passion that once felt so real in your heart. When you look back, it feels like a part of your life has been “consumed.”

God does not deny those losses, nor does He say, “It didn’t happen.” Instead, He says, “Those years—I know.” The things you couldn’t hold onto, the moments you think you missed, the parts you feel can never be recovered—He sees them all.

But then He speaks a word that changes everything: “I will restore to you.” This is not a small comfort, nor a simple replacement. It is a kind of restoration that only God can do.

He can cause lost time to bear new fruit, bring back missed opportunities in unexpected ways, and rebuild a broken life into something deeper and more real.

You may feel it’s too late—but in God, it is never too late. Perhaps you are standing in a place where you look back with regret and forward with uncertainty. Yet today, this verse speaks gently to you: your years have not been lost in vain. In His hands, everything can still be restored.

🌊 Today’s Response

Lord, You see the years I have lost. The things I thought could never return, I place them back into Your hands. Restore, rebuild, and renew my life in Your way. Help me to believe that You can cause everything to live again. Amen.
