“犹大人末底改作亚哈随鲁王的宰相，在犹大人中为大，得他众弟兄的喜悦，为本族的人求好处，向他们说和平的话。”

末底改被神高举成为宰相，但圣经最后记载的，不是他的权势，而是他“为本族的人求好处，向他们说和平的话”。

神赐给人地位、恩赐和影响力，不是为了高举自己，而是为了祝福别人。真正的伟大，不在于拥有多少权柄，而在于愿意帮助多少人。

愿我们无论在家庭、教会或职场，都能成为为人求益处、传递平安和祝福的人。

主啊，求你赐我爱人的心，使我不单顾念自己的事，也愿意为别人求益处。愿我的言语和行动都能带来平安、鼓励和祝福。奉主耶稣的名祷告，阿们。

🌿 Seeking the Good of Others

📖 Scripture

Esther 10:3
“For Mordecai the Jew was second in rank to King Ahasuerus, and he was great among the Jews and popular with his many relatives, because he sought the good of his people and spoke peace to all his people.”

✨ Devotion

Mordecai was elevated by God to become the king’s chief official. Yet the final emphasis of Scripture is not on his power or position, but on the fact that he “sought the good of his people and spoke peace to them.”

God gives people positions, gifts, and influence not to exalt themselves, but to bless others. True greatness is not measured by how much authority we have, but by how many people we help.

May we, in our families, churches, workplaces, and communities, become people who seek the good of others and bring peace and blessing wherever we go.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, give me a heart that cares for others. Help me not only to look after my own interests, but also to seek the good of those around me. May my words and actions bring peace, encouragement, and blessing to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
