灵修经文：西番雅书 3:17

“耶和华你的神是施行拯救、大有能力的主。
他在你中间必因你欢欣喜乐，
默然爱你，且因你喜乐而欢呼。”

有时候，我们很容易相信神是大有能力的神，
却不容易相信——
祂竟然因我们而欢喜。

我们常常觉得，
要做得更好一点，
更刚强一点，
更属灵一点，
才会得到祂的喜悦。

但这节经文给我们看见一幅完全不同的画面：

祂在你中间。

祂不是远远地看着你，
也不是等你变得完美以后才靠近你。

当你软弱的时候，祂仍在；
当你疲倦的时候，祂仍在；
当你不知道下一步怎么走的时候，
祂仍然在你中间。

而且，祂不只是与你同在。

祂爱你。
祂因你欢喜。
祂甚至因你喜乐而欢呼。

“默然爱你”，
让我们看见一种安静却坚定的爱。

有些爱不需要很多声音，
只是一个同在，
就足以让人的心重新安静下来。

今天，也许你正在等待一个答案，
面对一个改变，
或者心里还有一些说不出来的忧虑。

不要忘记：

在问题还没有解决以前，
祂已经在你中间。

在道路还没有完全显明以前，
祂的爱已经围绕着你。

所以今天，
不需要努力证明自己值得被爱。

只要安静地住在祂的爱里，
让祂的喜乐成为你的力量。

祷告：

主啊，
谢谢你在我中间，
在我软弱的时候仍然爱我，
在我等待的时候仍然与我同行。

求你使我的心安静在你的爱里，
不再被环境和忧虑摇动。

让我每天都记得：
我是你所爱的，
你也因我欢喜。

愿你的同在成为我的平安，
你的喜乐成为我的力量。

August 31, 2026 | “He Delights in You”

Devotional Scripture: Zephaniah 3:17

“The LORD your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you;
in His love He will quiet you,
and He will rejoice over you with singing.”

Sometimes, it is easy for us to believe that God is mighty and powerful,
yet much harder to believe that—
He actually delights in us.

We often feel that we need to do a little better,
be a little stronger,
or become a little more spiritual
before we can earn His pleasure.

But this verse gives us a completely different picture:

He is in your midst.

He is not watching you from far away,
nor is He waiting for you to become perfect before drawing near.

When you are weak, He is still there.
When you are weary, He is still there.
When you do not know what your next step should be,
He is still right there with you.

And He does not merely remain with you.

He loves you.
He delights in you.
He even rejoices over you with singing.

“He will quiet you with His love”
reveals a love that is gentle, quiet, yet steadfast.

Some love does not need many words.
Simply knowing that someone is there
is enough to bring peace to the heart again.

Today, perhaps you are waiting for an answer,
facing a change,
or carrying concerns in your heart that you cannot put into words.

Do not forget:

Before the problem is resolved,
He is already with you.

Before the road ahead becomes completely clear,
His love is already surrounding you.

So today,
you do not need to strive to prove that you are worthy of being loved.

Simply rest quietly in His love
and let His joy become your strength.

Prayer

Lord,
thank You for being with me.

Thank You for loving me even when I am weak,
and for walking with me even while I wait.

Quiet my heart in Your love,
so that I will no longer be shaken by circumstances or worries.

Help me remember every day:

I am loved by You,
and You delight in me.

May Your presence be my peace,
and may Your joy be my strength.
