2026年9月1日｜灵修经文：哈该书 2:18–19

“你们要追想此日以前，就是从这九月二十四日起，追想到立耶和华殿根基的日子。

仓里有谷种吗？葡萄树、无花果树、石榴树、橄榄树都没有结果子。

从今日起，我必赐福与你们。”

这是一个很特别的日子。

神特别吩咐百姓：

“你们要追想这日。”

为什么要记住这一天？

因为这一天成为一个分界线。

过去，他们经历荒凉；
过去，他们撒种多，收成却少；
过去，他们忙碌，却没有真正把神放在首位。

如今，他们重新回应神的呼召，
起来重建耶和华的殿。

然而，当神说：

“从今日起，我必赐福与你们。”

环境其实还没有明显改变。

仓里仍然没有丰富的谷物，
葡萄树还没有结果，
无花果树、石榴树和橄榄树，
也都还没有看见果子。

可是神没有说：

“等你们看见果子以后，我就赐福。”

祂说：

“从今日起。”

这就是信心。

神的应许，
常常走在我们眼睛所看见的前面。

地面还没有冒出嫩芽，
并不代表种子没有在土里生长；

祷告还没有看见答案，
并不代表神没有开始工作。

有些日子，
外表看来只是普通的一天，

但在神的时间里，
却可能已经成为一个新的起点。

哈该书的“九月二十四日”，
就是这样的日子。

后来，犹太人的修殿节从基斯流月二十五日开始，同样带着“圣殿重新奉献”的主题。虽然两件事情相隔数百年，并不是直接的预言与应验，却让我们看见一个很美的呼应：

重建、归回、奉献、光明。

也许今天，
我们仍然没有看见所有的果子。

也许有些事情，
仍然在等待神的成就。

但我们可以重新把生命的中心归给神，
把祂放在首位，
忠心完成祂所托付我们的事。

然后凭信心抓住祂的话：

“从今日起，我必赐福与你们。”

昨天没有结果，
不代表明天也没有。

过去的荒凉，
不能限制神将要带来的丰盛。

今天，可以成为新的起点。

祷告

主啊，我把过去交在祢手中，也把还没有看见结果的事情交托给祢。

帮助我不凭眼见，而是凭信心跟随祢。让我重新把祢放在生命的首位，忠心建造祢所要我建造的。

即使今天还没有看见果子，我仍然相信祢的话。

从今日起，愿祢带领我进入祢所预备新的季节。

“From This Day On, I Will Bless You”

September 1, 2026 | Devotional Scripture: Haggai 2:18–19

“Consider now from this day onward—from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, from the day that the foundation of the LORD’s temple was laid.

Is there still seed in the barn? The vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yet yielded fruit.

‘From this day on I will bless you.’”

This was a very special day.

God specifically instructed the people:

“Consider this day.”

Why should they remember this day?

Because it became a dividing line.

In the past, they had experienced desolation;
in the past, they had sown much but harvested little;
in the past, they had been busy, yet had not truly placed God first.

Now they had responded again to God’s call
and risen to rebuild the temple of the LORD.

Yet when God said:

“From this day on I will bless you,”

the circumstances had not visibly changed.

There was still no abundance of grain in the storehouse;
the vines had not yet produced fruit;
the fig trees, pomegranate trees, and olive trees
had still not yielded anything.

But God did not say:

“After you see the fruit, I will bless you.”

He said:

“From this day on.”

This is faith.

God’s promises
often go ahead of what our eyes can see.

The ground may not yet show any new shoots,
but that does not mean the seed is not growing beneath the soil.

Our prayers may not yet have received an answer,
but that does not mean God has not begun to work.

Some days
may appear to be ordinary days,

but in God’s timing,
they may already have become a new beginning.

The “twenty-fourth day of the ninth month” in Haggai
was such a day.

Later, the Jewish Feast of Dedication began on the twenty-fifth day of Kislev and carried the same theme of “rededicating the temple.” Although the two events were separated by several centuries and were not a direct prophecy and fulfillment, they reveal a beautiful connection:

Rebuilding, returning, dedication, and light.

Perhaps today,
we still have not seen all the fruit.

Perhaps some matters
are still waiting for God to bring them to completion.

But we can once again give God the center of our lives,
place Him first,
and faithfully complete what He has entrusted to us.

Then, by faith, we can hold on to His word:

“From this day on I will bless you.”

Yesterday’s lack of fruit
does not mean tomorrow will be the same.

The desolation of the past
cannot limit the abundance God is about to bring.

Today can become a new beginning.

Prayer

Lord, I place the past in Your hands, and I also entrust to You the things whose results I have not yet seen.

Help me not to walk by sight, but to follow You by faith. Help me place You first in my life again and faithfully build what You have called me to build.

Even though I have not yet seen the fruit today, I still believe Your word.

From this day on, may You lead me into the new season You have prepared for me.

Amen.
