“以色列安然居住；雅各的本源独居五谷新酒之地，他的天也滴甘露。”

在申命记最后的祝福中，摩西描绘了一幅很美的画面：安然居住，五谷新酒，天降甘露。
这里的“安然”，并不只是环境没有危险，更是一种从神而来的安全感——因为知道自己所需要的，神必看顾。
神不只赐下安全，也赐下供应。
“五谷新酒”代表日常生活所需要的丰富；“天滴甘露”则提醒我们，有些供应不是靠人的努力制造出来的，而是从天而来。
我们常常因为明天而担忧：够不够？有没有？将来怎么办？
但真正的安稳，不是手里已经拥有一切，而是知道：供应我的那一位仍然掌权。
当我们知道神是我们的保障，就不需要一直活在缺乏的恐惧里；当我们相信祂是供应者，就可以带着感恩享用今天祂所赐下的“五谷新酒”。
安全感不是来自拥有多少，而是知道谁在看顾我。
供应也不只是我手中所有的，更是天上仍在滴下的甘露。
今日默想
今天，我是否因为未来的需要而忧虑？
愿我学习安然居住，不被明天的未知夺去今天的平安。因为保护我的神，也是供应我的神。
在祂里面有安稳，在祂手中有供应。
Dwelling Securely in His Provision

“So Israel will live in safety; Jacob will dwell secure in a land of grain and new wine, where the heavens drop dew.”

In Moses’ final blessing in Deuteronomy, he paints a beautiful picture: dwelling securely, surrounded by grain and new wine, while heaven drops its dew.
“Security” here is more than simply living without danger. It speaks of a deep sense of safety that comes from God—knowing that He watches over us and cares for what we need.
God not only gives security; He also provides.
“Grain and new wine” represent the abundance needed for daily life, while “dew from heaven” reminds us that some provisions cannot be produced by human effort. They come from above.
We often worry about tomorrow: Will there be enough? Will our needs be met? What will happen in the future?
But true security does not come from already having everything in our hands. It comes from knowing that the One who provides for us is still in control.
When we know that God is our security, we do not have to live constantly in fear of lack. When we trust Him as our Provider, we can receive and enjoy today’s provision with gratitude.
Security is not found in how much we possess, but in knowing who is watching over us.
Provision is not only what we already hold in our hands; heaven is still dropping its dew.
Today’s Reflection
Am I worrying today about what I may need tomorrow?
May I learn to dwell securely and not allow the uncertainties of tomorrow to steal the peace God has given me today.
In Him there is security; in His hands there is provision.
