真正的勇敢，不是没有惧怕，也不是确信自己一定会成功，而是在未知的挑战面前，仍然选择信靠神，勇敢前行。
当亚扪人联合亚兰军队攻击以色列时，约押面对前后受敌的危机。他没有因为敌人的强大而退缩，也没有凭自己的能力夸口，而是鼓励同伴刚强壮胆，为神的百姓和城邑奋勇争战，并把最终的结果交在神手中。
约押的话揭示了一个重要的属灵原则：人的责任是忠心站立，神的主权是决定结局。
有时候，我们以为勇敢就是必须得胜，信心就是事情一定按照自己的期待发生。然而，真正的信心不是要求神成就我们的计划，而是即使不知道结果，仍然相信神的旨意是美善的。
勇敢不是凭血气向前冲，也不是消极地等待神行动，而是在祷告中寻求祂的心意，在责任面前不退缩，在困难之中不放弃。
我们可以尽上自己的本分，却不必背负掌控一切的重担。
因为信心最大的表现，不是掌握未来，而是把未来交给那位掌管万有的神。
今日默想
今天，我是否正面对一个让我害怕、不敢迈步的挑战？
真正的勇敢，不是知道前面的路一定平坦，而是知道无论道路如何，神仍然掌权。
尽我的责任，走信心的道路，把结果交给神。
True Courage Is Entrusting the Outcome to God

Devotional Reflection
True courage is not the absence of fear, nor is it the certainty of success. It is choosing to trust God and move forward faithfully, even when facing an uncertain future.
When the Ammonites joined forces with the Arameans against Israel, Joab found himself surrounded by enemies on both sides. Yet he did not retreat in fear or boast about his own strength. Instead, he encouraged his men to be strong and courageous, to fight for God’s people and His cities, and to leave the final outcome in God’s hands.
Joab’s words reveal an important spiritual truth: Our responsibility is to stand faithfully; God’s sovereignty determines the outcome.
Sometimes, we think courage means we must win, and faith means everything will turn out exactly as we hope. But genuine faith is not demanding that God fulfill our plans. It is trusting that His will is good, even when we do not know what lies ahead.
Courage is not rushing forward in our own strength, nor is it passively waiting for God to act. It is seeking His will through prayer, refusing to retreat from our responsibilities, and persevering through difficulties.
We are called to do our part faithfully, but we are not meant to carry the burden of controlling everything.
The greatest expression of faith is not having control over the future, but surrendering our future to the One who holds all things in His hands.
Today’s Reflection
Am I facing a challenge today that makes me afraid to take the next step?
True courage is not knowing that the road ahead will be smooth, but knowing that whatever lies ahead, God is still in control.
Do my part faithfully, walk forward in faith, and leave the outcome in God’s hands.
