灵修经文：玛拉基书 4:2

「但向你们敬畏我名的人，必有公义的日头出现，其光线（“光线”原文作“翅膀”）有医治之能。你们必出来跳跃如圈里的肥犊。」

黑夜不会永远持续。

玛拉基书最后的信息，发出在一个属灵低沉的时代。面对黑暗、不公与等待，神却向敬畏祂名的人发出一个坚定的应许：

「必有公义的日头出现。」

太阳升起的时候，人不需要把黑暗赶走；
光一出现，黑暗自然退去。

有时候，我们一直求神改变环境、挪去困难，但神给我们的应许，比环境的改变更深——

祂自己要成为我们的光。

经文说，这公义的日头「其光线有医治之能」。「光线」原文也可作「翅膀」。

这是何等美丽的图画：

日头升起，带来光明；
翅膀展开，带来医治。

在祂的翅膀之下，有遮盖，也有恢复。

有些地方需要身体的医治；
有些地方需要心灵的恢复；
有些祷告，我们已经等候了很久；
有些事情，我们甚至不知道还要等多久。

但神没有说：「也许会有医治。」

祂说：

「有医治之能。」

我们的盼望，不在于自己还有多少力量，而在于那位医治我们的主仍然掌权。

更宝贵的是，经文并没有停在「医治」。

神接着说：

「你们必出来跳跃如圈里的肥犊。」

这里有一个重要的词：

出来。

曾经被圈住的，要出来；
曾经被限制的，要出来；
曾经软弱无力的，要重新得力。

而且不是勉强走出来，

乃是——

跳跃着出来。

这是神所带来的恢复。

祂不只是要我们熬过黑夜，
祂要我们重新看见光；

祂不只是要我们从伤痛中站起来，
祂要我们重新得力；

祂不只是要我们走出困境，
祂更要恢复我们里面失去的喜乐。

也许今天，有些事情仍然没有改变；
有些祷告仍在等待；
有些医治仍在过程中。

但不要因为天还没有完全亮，就以为太阳没有升起。

黎明已经来到，
公义的日头正在升起。

今天，让我们再次来到祂的翅膀之下。

把身体交给祂，
把忧虑交给祂，
把还没有答案的祷告也交给祂。

因为真正的医治，不只是环境改变，

而是当祂的光临到，我们里面重新有了生命、力量和盼望。

总有一天，我们回头看的时候会发现：

曾经以为走不过去的黑夜，已经过去；
曾经以为无法恢复的地方，正在恢复；
曾经被限制的脚步，也再次奔跑起来。

因为神的应许是：

公义的日头必出现，
祂的翅膀带着医治，
祂的百姓必欢喜跳跃而出。

今日默想

日头升起 → 黑暗退去
翅膀展开 → 医治临到
圈门打开 → 欢喜跳跃

所以，不要只看现在的黑夜。

医治的日头，正在升起。

今日祷告

亲爱的天父，

感谢祢应许敬畏祢名的人，必看见公义的日头升起。

今天，我把生命中一切需要医治、恢复和突破的地方，都带到祢面前。

求祢展开翅膀遮盖我，让祢医治的能力临到我的身体、心灵、家庭，以及每一个需要祢恢复的地方。

即使有些事情仍在等待，求祢赐我信心，使我不因黑夜而失去盼望。

因为我相信——

黑夜必要过去，
公义的日头必要升起；
祢的翅膀之下有医治，
祢也必使我重新得力，欢喜跳跃而出。

September 3, 2026 | The Sun of Healing Is Rising

Devotional Scripture: Malachi 4:2

“But for you who revere My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.”
— Malachi 4:2

The night will not last forever.

The closing message of Malachi was given during a spiritually difficult time. In the midst of darkness, injustice, and waiting, God gave a firm promise to those who revere His name:

“The sun of righteousness will rise.”

When the sun rises, no one needs to drive the darkness away.
The moment light appears, darkness begins to retreat.

Sometimes we keep asking God to change our circumstances and remove our difficulties. But His promise goes deeper than a change of circumstances—

He Himself will become our light.

Scripture says that the sun of righteousness will rise “with healing in its rays.” The word translated “rays” can also carry the meaning of “wings.”

What a beautiful picture:

The sun rises, bringing light;
His wings spread, bringing healing.

Under His wings there is both covering and restoration.

Some areas of our lives need physical healing.
Some need healing of the heart.
Some prayers have been waiting for an answer for a long time.
And sometimes, we do not even know how much longer we must wait.

Yet God does not say there might be healing.

He says there is—

“healing in His wings.”

Our hope does not depend on how much strength we have left. Our hope rests in the Lord who heals us and still reigns over all.

Even more beautifully, the verse does not end with healing.

God continues:

“You will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.”

There is an important phrase here:

You will go out.

Those who were confined will come out.
Those who were restricted will come out.
Those who had lost their strength will be strengthened again.

And they will not merely walk out—

they will come out leaping with joy.

This is the restoration God brings.

He does not merely want us to survive the night;
He wants us to see the light again.

He does not merely want us to rise from our pain;
He wants us to regain our strength.

He does not merely want us to come out of difficulty;
He wants to restore the joy that has been lost within us.

Perhaps today, some circumstances have still not changed.
Some prayers are still waiting to be answered.
Some healing is still in process.

But do not assume that the sun is not rising simply because the sky is not yet fully bright.

Dawn has come.
The Sun of Righteousness is rising.

Today, let us come once again under His wings.

Place your body in His hands.
Place your worries in His hands.
Place even the unanswered prayers in His hands.

True healing is not merely a change in circumstances.

It is when His light enters our lives and restores within us life, strength, and hope.

One day, when we look back, we may discover:

The night we thought we could never get through has passed.
The places we thought could never be restored are being restored.
And the feet that once felt restrained are running again.

For God has promised:

The Sun of Righteousness will rise.
There is healing in His wings.
And His people will go out, leaping with joy.

Today’s Reflection

The sun rises → darkness retreats
His wings spread → healing comes
The gate opens → we leap with joy

So do not look only at the darkness before you.

The Sun of Healing is rising.

Today’s Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your promise that those who revere Your name will see the Sun of Righteousness rise.

Today, I bring before You every area of my life that needs healing, restoration, and breakthrough.

Spread Your wings over me, and let Your healing power touch my body, my heart, my family, and every place that needs Your restoring hand.

Even while some things remain unanswered, give me faith not to lose hope in the darkness.

For I believe—

The night will pass.
The Sun of Righteousness will rise.
There is healing under Your wings,
and You will strengthen me again
to go out leaping with joy.

In the name of Jesus Christ I pray,
Amen.
