📖 今日经文【彼前5:2-4】

“务要牧养在你们中间神的群羊，按着神旨意照管他们；不是出于勉强，乃是出于甘心；也不是因为贪财，乃是出于乐意；也不是辖制所托付你们的，乃是作群羊的榜样。到了牧长显现的时候，你们必得那永不衰残的荣耀冠冕。”

✨ 灵修默想

这个世界对“领导”有很多定义。有人觉得带领就是拥有权力；有人觉得站在前面的人就该被服事；也有人以为位置越高，声音就越大。

但彼得告诉我们，神眼中的牧者，不是这样。

真正的牧者，不是控制群羊，乃是牧养群羊；不是出于压力，乃是出于甘心；不是为了利益，乃是出于爱；不是用权柄压人，乃是用生命作榜样。

耶稣自己就是最好的牧者。祂不是站在远处发命令，祂亲自寻找迷失的羊，扶起软弱的人，陪伴受伤的心。

很多时候，这段经文不只是对讲台上的牧者说的。做父母的，在牧养家庭；带领小组的，在牧养群体；关心朋友的，也在某种程度上牧养生命。

真正的问题不是：“我有没有带领别人？”而是：“我是用什么方式带领？”

是控制，还是陪伴？是要求，还是榜样？是责任感驱动，还是爱驱动？

因为真正属神的带领，带着牧者的心。

🙏 祷告

主啊，求你赐给我真正牧者的心。让我不是只想管理别人，而是愿意关心、陪伴、扶持生命。

若我有控制、骄傲、只想被看见的心，求你调整我。让我学习耶稣的样式，用爱去带领，用生命去影响。

也求你亲自牧养我，因为我也常常像迷失的羊，需要你的引导。奉主名祷告，阿们。

The True Shepherd

📖 Today’s Scripture 【1 Peter 5:2–4】

“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.”

✨ Devotional Reflection

The world has many definitions of leadership. Some think leadership means having power. Some think the one in front should be served. Others think the higher the position, the louder the voice.

But Peter tells us that God’s view of a shepherd is different.

A true shepherd does not control the flock, but cares for the flock; not serving out of pressure, but willingly; not for personal gain, but out of love; not using authority to dominate, but leading by example.

Jesus is the perfect Shepherd. He does not stand far away giving commands. He personally seeks the lost sheep, lifts up the weak, and walks with the wounded.

Many times, this passage is not only for pastors on the platform. Parents shepherd their families. Small group leaders shepherd their communities. Even caring for a friend can be a form of shepherding a life.

The real question is not: “Am I leading others?”
But rather: “How am I leading?”

With control, or with companionship? With demands, or by example? Driven by duty, or by love?

Because true godly leadership carries the heart of a shepherd.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, give me the heart of a true shepherd. Help me not to simply manage people, but to care, walk with, and strengthen lives.

If there is control, pride, or a desire to be seen in my heart, please reshape me. Teach me to follow the example of Jesus—to lead with love and influence through my life.

And please shepherd me too, because I am often like a wandering sheep, needing Your guidance.
