「我们若认自己的罪，神是信实的，是公义的，必要赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义。」
灵修内容
认罪，不是停留在自责里，而是从隐藏中走出来，重新回到神的光中。
当我们诚实承认自己的罪，神应许赦免并洁净我们。赦免的根基不是我们的表现，而是神的信实，以及基督已经成就的救赎。
赦免除去罪债，
洁净更新生命。
所以跌倒以后，不要逃离神，也不要一直被过去定罪。来到祂面前，接受赦免，再次行在光中。
今日默想
我是否还有不愿带到神面前的软弱？
认罪不是逃离神，
而是回到神面前；
不是停留在定罪里，
而是重新行在光中。
祷告
主啊，求祢光照我的心，使我诚实来到祢面前。感谢祢赦免并洁净我，使我不被过去捆绑，重新行在祢的光中。阿们。
Return to the Light, and He Will Cleanse Us

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”
Devotional
Confession is not about remaining in guilt. It is about coming out of hiding and returning to God’s light.
When we honestly confess our sins, God promises to forgive and cleanse us. His forgiveness is not based on our performance, but on His faithfulness and the redemption Christ has already accomplished.
Forgiveness removes the debt of sin;
cleansing renews our lives.
So when we fall, let us not run away from God or remain condemned by the past. Come back to Him, receive His forgiveness, and walk again in the light.
Reflection
Is there any weakness in my life that I am still unwilling to bring before God?
Confession is not running away from God,
but returning to Him;
not remaining in condemnation,
but walking again in the light.
Prayer
Lord, shine Your light upon my heart and help me come honestly before You. Thank You for forgiving and cleansing me. Free me from the bondage of the past and help me walk again in Your light. Amen.
