2026年9月11日｜吹角节今晚开始
灵修经文：哥林多后书 3:18；5:17

「我们众人既然敞着脸得以看见主的荣光，好像从镜子里返照，就变成主的形状，荣上加荣，如同从主的灵变成的。」

「若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了。」
——哥林多后书 5:17

今天是9月11日。

今天日落之后，吹角节——Feast of Trumpets（Yom Teruah）开始。

就在这个清晨，我做了一个特别的梦。

梦里，我遇见美国总统 Donald Trump。

而在梦中，我自己的位置也被提升，成为「总统」。

可是有一个感觉非常强烈：

我觉得自己很渺小。

站在那个位置上，我并没有觉得自己突然变得伟大，反而很清楚地感觉到自己的有限和微小。

醒来以后，一个很特别的连接出现在我的心里：

Trump——Trumpet——号角。

而今天晚上，恰恰就是吹角节的开始。

我不愿意单凭一个英文名字的相似，就断定梦一定代表什么预言；但这个时间点，却让我停下来思想：

神今天要我听见什么？

吹角节的号角，是一个唤醒的声音。

利未记23:24说：

「七月初一，你们要守为圣安息日，要吹角作纪念，当有圣会。」

号角响起，百姓停下来，转向神，来到祂面前。

仿佛有一个声音在说：

醒来。
转向神。
预备进入新的季节。

而就在今天早晨，我所默想的经文又是哥林多后书3:18：

「看见主的荣光……就变成主的形状，荣上加荣。」

这使我突然明白：

真正的「荣上加荣」，不是人的地位越来越高。

真正的荣耀，是：

越来越像基督。

这也让我重新思想梦里「位置被提升」的画面。

梦里，我的位置很高，

但我的感觉却是：

我很渺小。

也许真正重要的问题不是：

「我的位置有多高？」

而是：

「当我被放在一个新的位置时，我的眼睛在看谁？」

如果一直看自己，就会发现自己不够。

如果一直看位置，就可能开始看重人的荣耀。

但林后3:18把我的眼睛带到另一个方向：

「看见主的荣光。」

不是看自己有多大，

也不是一直看自己有多小，

而是：

看主有多荣耀。

我虽然渺小，

祂却伟大。

我虽然有限，

祂却无限。

我虽然不知道前面的道路，

祂却知道。

所以答案不是让我突然觉得自己够资格了，

而是让我学习：

更深地仰望祂。

因为林后3:18告诉我们一个属灵的奥秘：

我们所注视的主，也正在改变我们。

当我们敞着脸仰望祂的荣光，

圣灵就在里面工作。

祂改变我们的眼光，

改变我们的思想，

改变我们的品格，

改变我们承载责任的能力。

最后，我们不是越来越像一个「有地位的人」，

而是：

越来越像耶稣。

这才是真正的——

荣上加荣。

而哥林多后书5:17又进一步说：

「若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人。」

所以今天吹角节开始，对我而言也带着一个很美的提醒：

号角响起，不只是宣告一个新的时间，更是在呼召一个新造的人起来。

旧事已过。

新的开始了。

如果神带我进入新的季节，

我需要的不只是新的机会，

而是新的生命。

新的位置，需要新的生命；

新的托付，需要新的容量；

新的责任，需要更深的基督生命。

所以今天，我不只是问：

「主啊，祢是不是要提升我？」

我更愿意问：

「主啊，祢要怎样改变我？」

因为真正的提升，不是我的位置越来越高，

而是：

基督在我里面越来越显明。

真正的「荣上加荣」，不是别人越来越看见我，

而是别人透过我的生命，

越来越看见耶稣。

于是，在这个吹角节开始的日子，今天清晨的梦和今天的经文，在我心里连成了一条线：

Trump → Trumpet：号角。

吹角节 → 号角响起：醒来，转向神。

林后5:17 → 新造的人：旧事已过，新的开始。

林后3:18 → 看见主的荣光：眼目转向祂。

看见祂 → 被圣灵改变：变成主的形状。

改变 → 荣上加荣：越来越像耶稣。

所以今天，当吹角节的号角响起，

我愿意这样回应：

主啊，我听见了。

即使我觉得自己渺小，

我仍然愿意起来。

不是因为我够大，

而是因为祢够大。

不是因为我已经预备完全，

而是因为当我继续仰望祢，

祢的灵会继续改变我。

主啊，

今天日落，吹角节开始。

当号角响起，求祢也唤醒我的心。

谢谢祢，在基督里，我已经成为新造的人；旧事已过，新的已经开始。

即使我觉得自己渺小，求祢不要让我一直注视自己的有限，而是敞着脸仰望祢的荣光。

圣灵啊，继续改变我。

若祢给我新的托付，求祢给我新的容量；

若祢扩大我的影响力，求祢使我更加谦卑；

若祢提升我的位置，求祢使我的眼目更加定睛于祢。

我虽渺小，祢却伟大。

在这个号角响起的季节，

愿旧的过去，新的开始；

愿我不断看见祢的荣光，

不断被祢改变，

越来越像耶稣，

荣上加荣。

When the Trumpet Sounds: From Smallness to Ever-Increasing Glory

“And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”
—2 Corinthians 3:18

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
—2 Corinthians 5:17

Today is September 11.

At sunset today, the Feast of Trumpets — Yom Teruah — begins.

And this very morning, I had a remarkable dream.

In the dream, I met U.S. President Donald Trump.

Then something unexpected happened: my own position was also elevated, and I became a “president.”

Yet there was one feeling that stood out very strongly:

I felt very small.

Standing in such a high position did not make me feel great or important. Instead, I became even more aware of how limited and small I was.

When I woke up, an interesting connection came to mind:

Trump — Trumpet — the sound of the trumpet.

And tonight happens to mark the beginning of the Feast of Trumpets.

I do not want to assume, simply because of the similarity between two English words, that the dream must be prophetic. Yet the timing caused me to stop and ask:

What might God be calling me to hear today?

The trumpet of Yom Teruah is a call to awaken.

Leviticus 23:24 says:

“On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of sabbath rest, a sacred assembly commemorated with trumpet blasts.”

When the trumpet sounded, the people stopped, turned toward God, and gathered before Him.

It was as though the trumpet were saying:

Awake.
Turn to God.
Prepare to enter a new season.

And the Scripture I was already meditating on this morning was 2 Corinthians 3:18:

“Beholding the glory of the Lord… we are being transformed into His image from glory to glory.”

Then something became clearer to me.

“From glory to glory” does not mean that our earthly position becomes higher and higher.

True glory is this:

Becoming more and more like Christ.

This caused me to look again at the picture of “elevation” in my dream.

My position was high,

yet inside I felt:

I am very small.

Perhaps the most important question is not:

“How high is my position?”

but:

“When I am placed in a new position, where are my eyes looking?”

If I keep looking at myself, I will see how inadequate I am.

If I keep looking at position, I may begin seeking human recognition.

But 2 Corinthians 3:18 directs my eyes somewhere else:

“Beholding the glory of the Lord.”

It is not about seeing how great I am.

Neither is it about constantly focusing on how small I am.

It is about:

Seeing how glorious He is.

I may be small,

but He is great.

I may be limited,

but He is unlimited.

I may not know the road ahead,

but He does.

The answer, therefore, is not for me suddenly to believe that I am qualified for everything.

The answer is to learn:

to look to Him more deeply.

Because 2 Corinthians 3:18 reveals a beautiful spiritual truth:

As we behold the Lord, the Spirit transforms us.

As we gaze upon His glory with unveiled faces,

the Holy Spirit works within us.

He changes our perspective.

He changes our thinking.

He changes our character.

He changes our capacity to carry responsibility.

In the end, we are not becoming more and more like “important people.”

We are becoming:

more and more like Jesus.

That is true—

ever-increasing glory.

Then 2 Corinthians 5:17 takes this truth even further:

“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.”

So as the Feast of Trumpets begins today, I receive another beautiful reminder:

The sounding of the trumpet does not merely announce a new season; it calls a new creation to arise.

The old has gone.

The new has begun.

If God is leading me into a new season, what I need is not merely a new opportunity.

I need newness of life.

A new position requires a renewed life.

A new assignment requires greater capacity.

Greater responsibility requires a deeper life in Christ.

So today, instead of only asking:

“Lord, are You going to elevate me?”

I would rather ask:

“Lord, how do You want to transform me?”

Because true elevation is not simply that my position becomes higher.

It is that:

Christ becomes increasingly visible in me.

True “glory to glory” is not that people see more and more of me.

It is that through my life,

they see more and more of Jesus.

And so, on this day when the Feast of Trumpets begins, this morning’s dream and today’s Scriptures come together in my heart:

Trump → Trumpet: the sound of the trumpet.

Feast of Trumpets → The trumpet sounds: Awake and turn to God.

2 Corinthians 5:17 → New creation: The old has gone; the new has begun.

2 Corinthians 3:18 → Behold the Lord’s glory: Fix our eyes upon Him.

Beholding Him → Transformation by the Spirit: Becoming like Christ.

Transformation → Glory to glory: Becoming more and more like Jesus.

So today, as the trumpet sounds, I want to respond:

Lord, I hear Your call.

Even though I feel small,

I am willing to arise.

Not because I am great enough,

but because You are great.

Not because I am perfectly prepared,

but because as I continue to behold You,

Your Spirit will continue to transform me.

Prayer

Lord,

as the Feast of Trumpets begins at sunset today, let the sound of the trumpet awaken my heart.

Thank You that in Christ I am a new creation. The old has gone, and the new has begun.

Even when I feel small, do not let me remain focused on my limitations. Instead, let me behold Your glory with an unveiled face.

Holy Spirit, continue Your transforming work within me.

If You entrust me with something new, enlarge my capacity.

If You increase my influence, make me more humble.

If You elevate my position, cause my eyes to be fixed even more firmly upon You.

I may be small, but You are great.

In this season when the trumpet sounds,

let the old pass away and the new begin.

May I continually behold Your glory,

continually be transformed by Your Spirit,

and become more and more like Jesus—

from glory to glory.

In the name of Jesus Christ I pray,
